STADIO School of Fashion
The School of Fashion is the only South African fashion school internationally accredited with the British Accreditation Council (BAC). Our alumni populate the world in areas of fashion design, fashion media and within fashion buying and business industries too. Our qualifications are practical with theoretical modules too, allowing students to have an immersive learning experience by giving you early access to the world of work, while gaining world-class academic teachings. Our alumni are recognised as being innovators, creative problem solvers and are sought after by the fashion industry.
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) In Fashion
The BA in Fashion (Honours) is a postgraduate learning programme that will prepare you for entry into a fashion career or further research-based programmes such as a Masters in a cognate field.
Bachelor of Arts in Fashion
STADIO’s School of Fashion (formerly LISOF), offers a 3-year Bachelor of Arts in Fashion qualification that has been, for many years, preparing its students for success in a spectrum of roles across the fashion industry, from every level to haute couture to ready-to-wear and mass market. Our innovative and rigorous programme competitively situates graduates both academically and professionally by instilling creative, strategic and practical skills to prepare you for fashion careers in design, media and buying.
Bachelor of Commerce in Fashion
Our Bachelor of Commerce in Fashion (BCOM) is the only qualification of its kind that effectively merges the skills of fashion retail management, buying, merchandising, fashion practice and trend analysis, with the traditional in-demand commercial modules aligned to this kind of qualification. This includes micro-and macroeconomics, strategic business management, law and supply chain management.
Higher Certificate in Fashion
The Higher Certificate in Fashion is a one-year full-time learning programme that will give you access to a broad array of career opportunities in the Fashion Design and Media industries. We offer one specialisation in fashion design and one in fashion media. The modules of each elective provide you with a solid and balanced foundation, specialising in the fashion industry and providing students with the fundamental knowledge to enable students to engage with the fashion industry at an entry-level successfully.
