The 3-year course in Fashion Design, equivalent to a university bachelor’s degree, provides students with a solid and academic preparation to become fashion designers; the course aims to train students to professionally plan a fashion collection, complete with shoes, bags, and leather accessories. A study experience at Istituto Modartech offers students a unique learning environment that combines design creativity with hands-on skills in the territorial context of one of the most important fashion districts in Europe: the so-called ”Fashion Production District." Over the three years, students will become experts in responding to changing needs in the international fashion and design industries while working directly with professionals and on hands-on projects. Attendance at Milan and Florence fashion weeks, field trips, and a practical internship complete the course.

A 3-year bachelor’s degree in communication design to develop visual, digital, and creative skills. Starting from fashion but covering every area of communication, this university course trains professionals able to understand social trends, cultural phenomena, and subcultures to translate them into creative proposals. Studying communication design in Italy means to benefit from a unique design heritage, and at Istituto Modartech we teach communication with a focus on fashion, strictly connected with modern art, photography, video, and performance. The course aims to teach students to move with the times, with the practical technical skills needed to translate this culture and a sensitive eye for fashion into creative proposals of enormous visual and emotional impact, to help companies grow, promote products, and make services known through expertise in the use of all the most modern means of traditional and innovative communication.

Fashion Product Management Course awards a Second Level Academic Diploma—Master’s Degree. This specialised and consultative training complements the broad range of skills and knowledge acquired in first-level programs. Over the two-year period, students will develop the essential skills to conceive, design, and develop their own brand, creating a collection of clothing or accessories, as well as become a key coordinator within a product development team. The students oversee the entire fashion product lifecycle, from conception to production, defining a brand’s identity to sell a product.

In collaboration with Sant’Anna School, Istituto Modartech presents a high-level training course culminating in the awarding of a 1st level Master’s degree. This program is aimed at training designers with interdisciplinary skills, focused on 3D CAD design and the creation of clothing and accessories with smart materials that combine technology, form, and functionality, resulting in innovative products. The master’s course is characterised by a unique combination of research, technology, fashion, and design. It aims to prepare future design professionals who can navigate an increasingly demanding and competitive market with competence and creativity, developing clothing and accessories that are both aesthetically appealing and functional.
