About Me
I’m Veronica, a fashion designer graduate from Ferrari Fashion School.
This collection focuses mainly on the conceptual side of each clothes, in order to better express what I want to describe and tell.
I would like my final project to be seen through an individual point of view and through the own life experience. For this reason one of my specific goal is to create clothes aimed at anyone who feels represented and involved.
INSPIRATION
Chapter one: The present meet the past.
My collection focuses mainly on the concept of reminiscence and on the ability of the vague and remote memories to fill the various inner gaps that a person feels at certain moments of his life. With this collection, I intend to make others better understand the previously expressed concept using metaphors. These metaphors serve as real forms of inspiration for this collection;
For example imagining the reminiscence as a simple, lived and quilted blanket that if wrapped around can warms and makes us feel no longer alone. It can gives a sensation of protection and can reassure us from the many difficult periods that we go through in the course of our life.

Meeting of images.
I decided to create conceptual garments structured for wrapping the entire body. A source of tactile and visual stimulation. The feeling of warmth and soft hand fabrics are able to emulate a touch that brings comfort to people. The proposed woman is reflective; in her, hidden and contrasting feelings coexist: joy and a veil of melancholy. These experienced and strong emotions lead her to assume an attitude of estrangement towards her present and reality and to find a refuge and maximum comfort in the past. Reassuring elements proposed by nature acting as a metaphor will help her to resume that inner peace she thought was lost. Among these elements we find roots that lead back to the natural environment of the forest. The roots nourish, support and envelop giving an important sense of security, stability and warmth. The proposed print recalls this concept; the roots wrap the body with a reassuring wave. Through the natural colors that recall the forest, the woman finds her true inner self.
