Hi, I´m Valentina Pineda a fashion designer from Colombia
I am oriented towards the direction of creative processes and graphic - digital conceptualizations, with skills in styling, makeup and photography. My original profile find their influence in the universe of clothing formal wear, casual wear and leisurewear which I mix to create the design of garments without gender.
From the beginning I have worked on genderless fashion trends, transcending the bodies that fit in the same space, which then extended to the understanding of identity and self-determination.
INSPIRATION
Beings just want to be.
I am inspired by the naked truth, the truth that exists in the being, that has not yet been exposed to doubt who it is in the middle of a society. I am inspired by the comfort that exists within us, taking it to the outside, where the forms become different, fluent, colorful and dynamic (real) where the transparency of whom we really are can be reflected.
I am inspired by the identity of beings that is not based on the nature of their sex or the binary social classification of their gender. I am in my own search for authenticity that should be shaped by the unique idea of self-determination and freedom of each person; Detaching it from the mechanisms that influence, standardize and categorize the free development of the personality and reduce the identity diversity of our societies, to the binary differentiation of gender.

Details of garment construction.
For the creation of genderless or non-binary garments, it is essential to think in silhouettes where men and women are comfortable with the same garment, clothing only makes sense when a person loaded with identity begins to use it from the color, shape and texture. The designs I create are not for men or for women, they are for a person who seeks to express his or her identity.
