About Me

A final year Fashion Photography student at Leeds Arts University.

I love meeting new people and creating work that highlights individuality and unique beauty. I also enjoy experimenting with set and prop design, blending visual storytelling with editorial fashion. My work often weaves in themes of advocacy, aiming to challenge norms and celebrate underrepresented voices.

I'm passionate about fashion and art, and often take inspiration from classic art in both commercial and editorial projects. I love working closely with models, creating intimate and unique work that really shows someone's personality and unique beauty. Additionally, I create personal work inspired by my experience growing up with a hidden disability, and recently joined ZEBEDEE, an agency championing diverse talent.

INSPIRATION

I'm inspired by art, literature and history - as well as bright colours and styling.

Art history remains a consistent point of inspiration throughout my work, particularly mimicking poses and colour palettes from classical paintings. I also love bright colours. My final project, entitled 'FashionAble' took inspiration from Pre-Raphaelite and Renaissance art, marrying my love for art with a personal concept, casting disabled, queer or otherwise unrepresented models to create a conceptual modern study of art.

FashionAble: A Contemporary Study Into Art History

Fashionable is a personal photo series that reimagines renaissance and pre-raphaelite art through inclusive fashion photography. As a photographer with a hidden disability, I often feel like | exist on the edges of an industry that continues to uphold narrow ideals of beauty. This project is my way of carving out space-for myself, and for others who rarely see themselves reflected in art or fashion. Ive always loved art history - it's what first drew me to image-making, and this project is about reworking those traditions to make space for new stories.

"Being trendy is dangerous. I've never been trendy, which is why I've never really fallen out of favour." - David Bailey.
