I’M MARCO AND I’D LIKE BACK TO SMILE, NOT ONLY ON FACETIME!
We live in a world full of everything, collector of superfluous, scoured from top to bottom from surfing on WiFi, but after Covid and digital overload relations, the desire to see unknown places not only in streaming has returned, to live them with someone connected to us not only on Instagram.
It pushes us to look for an ally in technology, not a substitute for life not the nemesis of the past.
INSPIRATION
AFTER COVID, EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!
This project talk about how technology allowed me to develop a project born during first lockdown, in which technology was an ally that scared me, creating in me a confusion between the digital world and the real one. I would like to tell with this portfolio the desire to go back to living the world - with the right accessories, made by humans for humans.

Digital caos inspired me to design accessories close at traditions of past for the future needs
ACDC is inspired by the classic codes of leather goods and by the historical models of footwear. Concept investigates the origin of the bag and the shoe, to their now evolved archetypes, look for a link between past and future. The goal is make objects in reaction to the needs of men and women children of this time and the time to come.
We will back to smile, not only on FaceTime! Because technology must be life’s ally, not a substitute
