Sculptural Designs
Inspiration is taken from different areas such as architecture, a fashion era, nature or a social subject. This inspiration is translated in a way to create and design collections with different silhouettes which accentuate or manipulate the ordinary footwear silhouettes, often with sculptural design features.

An Introduction
When I was first introduced to the fashion and footwear industry, I was inspired by the passion that designers share for its craftmanship. What interests me the most is to design and create something which gives the wearer the ability to express their pure identity. In my teenage years I developed the same passion and therefore it was no doubt that I would follow this path and pursue a career within the industry. After studying Fashion Tailoring in my home country the Netherlands and finish a second course in Pattern Design abroad in Denmark, I decided to take another direction to study Footwear Design in England. Because of my background in fashion I always try to take aspects from this and implement these when designing footwear.
