HELLO, IM KYLE A GRADUATE FROM NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY
My work starts with a simple ideas. Simple ideas often produce unique and creative outcomes. These kind of simple ideas such as hobby, travel, society and my personal story. Therefore, Everyday life creates infinite creative ideas and these kind of concept show that creative process and results to my creative fashion design work.
I have the ability to create fashion design through various experience and knowledge as had an eye for trends. In particular, I specializes in the design of menswear tailors and menswear ready-to-wear collections. I have confident men's tailoring pattern cutting and professional manufacturing skills. And also have professional skill of CAD such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Procreate, Adobe Fresco for Ipad.
INSPIRATION
"The Time of Enlightenment" A love story between my grandma and grandpa and Seoul in the 1950.
I did a personal primary research on my grandmother. This is an interesting starting point. The mood, colour, silhouette, and printing ideas of the overall collection were inspired by the appearance of Korean society before the 1950s, in which a beautiful harmony of Eastern culture, especially Korean and Western cultures, was achieved. In order to develop creative and innovative silhouettes, collage and stand work were used.
Through creative thinking and hundreds of design processes, the most personal and most creative designs were created. In addition, we tried to integrate the concept and collection into one through research on colour and the balance of the overall collection.

Aiming for slow fashion collection with craftsmanship, innovative and sustainability.
I am always paying attention to economic pattern cutting, and I am aiming for pattern cutting that does not leave any fabric. In this collection, I will pay attention to this and do research on sustainability. In addition, I will make the clothes of my collection highly complete so that people can wear them for a long time through craftsmanship. Skills, responsibility and my values for the slow fashion and luxury level.
