Hi there! I’m Kintija,originally from Latvia hence the uncommon name.
Fashion Communication graduate from the University of Northumbria. Both a creative and an analytical conceptual communicator. I like the best of both worlds.
Determined to make an impactful and positively vital impression in the fashion industry. Specialising in digital marketing, storytelling through concepts, based on strategically rounded analytical research and always being socially informed. ​Driven by social issues and topics that need more spotlight. Excited by big ideas and conceptual work that makes a difference. I look to deliver thought-provoking, diverse, and inventive responses. I take a critical thinking and imaginatively versatile approach to everything I do.
INSPIRATION
Concepts and realisations that make a difference and tell a story, cutting through all of the noise.
Human's are hard- wired, storytelling is how we make sense of the world. During my time at Northumbria University I developed multiple skills that have shaped me into the original creative I am. I am driven by producing work that has depth and layers, guiding the viewer through a journey of feeling something, learning and/ or experiencing. I achieve this mainly through strong concepts and visuals, creative writing, photo documentary photography and copious amounts of research before each concept is formed
AIR (Against Institutional Racism) is a digital platform to amplify marginalised voices and tell peoples’ stories around racial inequality and racism. Shining a spotlight on how institutionally racist our societies’ foundations are. Through photodocumentary photography and issue feature based interviews. Whilst providinThe establishment of the A.I.R organisation was based on my own educational path as a white person. Learning for myself of how deep the issues are, around racial inequality and racism.
