I’m an image maker creating work that exists between the line of documentary and fashion image. Within my practise I focus on digital image as well as film and have created multiple publications that feature my photography alongside my art direction work.
Within my personal and self-directed image making work I focus on the exploration of portraiture and how I can tell a story within my images that not only reflects the person within the image but my own experiences as well. I find it important as an image maker to explore topics that feel relevant to the world we live in today and to open up conversations around experiences that we may feel alone in.
INSPIRATION
Throughout my time as a fashion communication student I have found that the inspiration for the images I create comes from those around me and the experiences we share with each other. within my work I also focus on how the online world we live in affects the way we think of ourselves. I find online culture fascinating and it influences a lot of my art direction and the images I create.

DETAIL
Within this self-directed ‘stupid sexy’ publication I aimed to explore what it means to be a woman within the online world we live in, I was inspired by the people around me and observing the way people portray themselves on social media versus in real life became really fascinating to me. I wanted to create a publication that reflected the performance of social media and how that can affect the way we think of ourselves as women.
