About Me

Hello, I'm Chloe, a Fashion Promotion Graduate from UCLan

An innovative creative, who loves to produce refined work which has a highly polished and editorial aesthetic. As a creative stylist, I enjoy creating fashion imagery which has a playful, art directional and commercial look. I also love being able to collaborate with other talented creatives and have worked with Boss Model Management MCR as a stylist.

As a creative thinker, I love to take inspiration from things that are happening around me, particularly elements from social and generational trends. As well, as being influenced by the modern-day, I also like to take influence from traditional trends and where things have evolved from, making comparisons. As a stylist, I am a forward-thinker and love to be resourceful, I enjoy customising pieces and being sustainable when it comes to selecting my looks. I also love post-production and using Adobe programmes such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design.

INSPIRATION

My creative direction always evolves by being inspired by social and generational trends and issues

Throughout my creative direction, I always aim to create fashion imagery that has an editorial aesthetic and I carefully considered and curate each of my styled looks, along with the photoshoot location and creative team. As a stylist, I love to take inspiration from social issues and generational trends and issues which are happening in the modern-day compared with traditionally, as this allows my work to feel relatable and for the consumer to feel understood via a creative output.

One of my final concepts focused on celebrating talent, and this idea of someone putting themselves on a 'platform' to be able to show off their 'star quality and provide 'entertainment'. This was inspired by both talents, traditionally via talent shows and in the modern-day, which relates to influencers. My other final concept focused on the issue of 'Safer Streets' for women, and I used safety colours and silhouettes inspired by the runway to display an important message.

DETAIL

For my Creative Direction, I like to consider and curate my whole fashion image

As part of my Creative Direction and Styling, I always carefully consider the creation of my fashion imagery. I do this by choosing relevant locations, sets, a creative team, and models along with styled looks and props. For my final major projects, I worked with a wide range of creatives to help achieve my shoot concept and narratives.

Collaborating with other talented creatives allows you to learn new things and push your creative boundaries
