MY NAME IS CAI XINYUE, A PERSON WHO LOVES LIFE
I am a rational and stubborn person in life, but filled with passion towards all the art works with strong visual impact. The pursuing of a sense of conflict makes me feel that life itself is full of unknown possibilities and will not wither away in a routine way.
Fashion for me is more of an installation art, rather than just clothes made of fabric stitched together. Fashion shall be the outcome when a person who take his or her body as a canvas or a screen, and boldly experiment and innovate on it with various techniques to express the thinking about the world. I want to be an artist rather than a tailor or a sewer. I want to use clothes as a carrier to express the emotions I am about to vent.

My design is discuss the living state of the underclass people in the future era of highly developed science and technology. Just like the "high-tech, low-life" dystopian future world constructed in cyberpunk literature, the future life may be highly intelligent and technological, but it may not be beautiful. A blindly development of science and technology and an excessive urbanization will lead to the neglect of the natural growth of the nature and human society and break the ecplogical balance.
When human beings override nature and moral ethics, it will inevitably lead to unforeseeable environmental harm and unmitigated class conflicts. I try to show the sad and dark side of the future world by designing the clothes of people at the bottom of the society in the future, so as to warn people to balance development, pay attention to ecological protection, and keep awe of nature and technology.

A CONFICT BETWEEN POWERFUL PRIMITIVE VITALITY AND THE FUTURISTIC SENSE OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY.
Pattern: The main applied pattern is specific landscape after PS fault processing to create a sense of integration between the real and virtual, so as to express the disappearance of nature. Style: The style adopts the "versatility" design. For example, the front and back of the vest are designed with two rows of hidden buttons (different styles can be formed by locking each other in different positions; the backpacks and cloaks are designed with detachable zipper links, etc.Silhouette: The silhouette is extracted from the drape-wrapped dress form of the wanderers and combined with the details of the silhouette with a sense of the future. Yarn texture fabric: adopts metal yarn and transparent yarn woven jacquard and intarsia texture. Its inherent luster has a sense of the future, and the formation of a subtle effect will make people feel insecure about being peeped, but also hints the living state of the underclass people in the future without privacy in the face of big data.
My clothes are mainly knitted fabrics combined with reflective weaving. Metal yarn is the main yarn to present a sense of the future.
