How difficult it is to be a person only in words, i love poetry
I am inspired by people, movement, freedom, wind, clouds, feelings, touch, loudliness, laugh, colors and my grandma's soup.
For me fashion is all about expressing who you are and what you are feeling. Is condensing all the things that inhabit in your mind in to a something and the fun part is you can dress it. I like making questions and finding answers in the garments i make, anti fashion is my fashion.
INSPIRATION
"Cuerpos Incorpóreos" explores the perception of the body through dance, psychology and philosophy
Sometimes i forget i have a body, it doesn’t have weight i just can’t feel it. It is here and sometimes is there, as if it does not exist. Constantly questioning, weighting, looking myself through the mirror and feeling limited, just some cavities, hair, flesh and bones, but sometimes when i move i feel different, i look different, maybe i am more? My monsters, my fears, my aggression, my passion, my ties, my unbearable lightness and my desire to run, jump, cry, laugh and love.
For me it was important to find and answer to all of my thoughts, i wanted to create something with meaning, something that was fun and irreverent. Thankfully i found my answer in movement, in "el cuerpo en estado de danza". In dance, the body, the soul and the mind come together, it is an activity both exterior and interior and i wanted to have that source of inspiration to create, to sew, to feel, to explore, to see and illustrate.

I treated the garments as if they were bodies, tattooed, pierced and deformed ones
For me it was very important to reflect the visual world that I had created in my collection, so I decided to incorporate my illustrations (both in the pattern and in the acrylic accessories), my love for color, the fun of piercings and of course the "cuerpo en estado de danza". I decided to homogenize the person who wears the garments with colored bodies that we find inside the body, such as the green of our veins and the orange of our entrails, for me this is relevant since gender is only a construct, I decide who I am and how do i want to be seen. I am constantly learning who I am.
