About Me

Hi! I am a Fashion Communication graduate based in Rome/Lisbon.

Born and raised in a small portuguese town, a scientific background and an unexpected creative perspective have shaped my approach to every challenge. Understanding the whys in everything, along with my belief in the power of creativity and positive communication, is what drives me to create concepts, visions and, ultimately, genuine, long-lasting identities.

Having studied Engineering in Lisbon and then Fashion Communication in Rome, the theory is the base of my approach to everything. Indeed, taking the time to understand the people, the social phenomena and the needs of brands is an essential part of my work. This way, it's easier to creat different solutions that can represent and satisfy the clients, as well as reach people with campaigns, events and movements that can influence the society in a positive way.

INSPIRATION

There’s always something behind everything.

Ever since I remember, communicating my feelings, my needs and what exists in my own world have always come easier with written words, colours, textures or stories. This universe of mine has grown and evolved over the years, shaped by curiosity, my love for pop culture and a live split into two different countries.

The fil rouge that connects everything, though, is my believe in the power of creativity and positive communication. Fashion (and all the other arts) is an extremely powerful tool to change concepts, ideas and, ultimately, the society itself. And I want to be a part of that change. I want to be able to say what I feel is right in the most effective way possible. I want to reach people, touch them, make them think and feel something.

DETAIL

Uma casa portuguesa

“Uma casa portuguesa” is a traditional fado song from the 50s, performed by Amália Rodrigues, the greatest fado singer of all time. The song speaks about a typical portuguese home, where the food and the moment of sharing a meal represent the hospitality and the generosity. For every portuguese family, the dinner table is the place where we show love, where we solve all the problems and where there is always room for one more.
