Job Description : I am currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Assistant to join a lovely Menswear Brand. You will assist the E Commerce Team in the day to day running of their websites to help increase revenue and create best practice trading websites.

The Role:

*Responsibility for uploading all products/prices to the website including SEO optimised descriptions, and additional information to highlight product usp.
*Work alongside external agency to deal with exceptional customer service issues & returns.
*Management of photographic samples (For EComm and Specific wholesale partners) through order process, execution of the photography and return to stock process.
*Daily/Weekly Reporting of E Commerce Trading Results in an agreed format. Taking actions from analysis, including optimisation.
*Manage the production & distribution of all EComm packaging assets.
*Manage competitor analysis reporting.
*Working with the Retail Stores to collate and upload weekly CRM data.
*Support E-Commerce manager in creation and management of promotions, filters, navigation, sort rules etc, including regular site audits and merchandising where required.
*Support the E Commerce team in testing applications and projects.
*Work with warehouse staff, overseeing web fulfillment issues, including domestic and international orders and returns.
*Administrative support for the E Commerce team.
*Additional Tasks as required by the Team

Your Experience:

*This role would suit a recent graduate with some experience and interest in E-Commerce.
*Multi-tasker with an organised attitude
*Ability to work with multiple software programmes: Excel, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Demandware, Photoshop.
*Good written and communication skills
*Motivated Team Player, with a pro-active 'can-do' attitude.
*Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to the different needs of individual projects.
*Ability to work with people at all levels of the business.
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
*Would suit an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn and grow with the role.
*Would suit a self-starter, who enjoys learning new skills and problem solving.
