For fifty years, the Istituto Europeo di Design has been operating in the fields of education and research in the disciplines of Design, Fashion, Visual communication and Management. IED is an Italian international excellence; partnerships with leading companies are an essential factor in its educational strategy. IED welcomes students with different nationalities and cultures to all its 11 campuses: Milan, Turin, Rome, Florence, Venice, Cagliari, Como, Madrid, Barcelona, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro.
IED Fashion school is a complete response to the increasingly diversified and specialised training requirements expressed by the fashion system. A school based on the principle of cross-fertilisation with a teaching method which combines knowledge and know how, theory and practice, in line with IED philosophy. Fundamental to this approach is the relationship with the international Fashion Industry. IED Fashion School offers three-year courses, Master and Advanced Training Courses in the fields of Fashion Design, Fashion Stylist, Fashion Marketing and Communication.
Graduates from the IED courses are employed in various roles within the fashion industry for such brands as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Giambattista Valli, Versace, Cavalli, Bottega Veneta, Moschino. Vogue, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Etro, among the others.
