Cunard is proud to have partnered with Graduate Fashion Foundation for this year’s Transatlantic Fashion Week (28 July- 4 August). Six talented graduates, who showcased their designs at Graduate Fashion Week 2018, have been selected to join the crossing and put on a fashion show mid-Atlantic.

“We are excited and privileged to welcome graduates from Graduate Fashion Foundation on this year’s Transatlantic Fashion Week,” said Lee Powell, VP Brand and Product, Cunard. “It is so important to encourage the next generation and what a fabulous environment to launch what is sure to be some very bright futures in the world of fashion.”

Cunard is a luxury British cruise line, renowned for creating unforgettable experiences around the world. Its three exceptional ships, Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, are the perfect setting from which to explore iconic and exotic destinations.

Since 1840 Cunard ships have crossed back and forth across the Atlantic, and today Queen Mary 2 is the only ship to continue to offer a regular scheduled service of Transatlantic Crossings. A pioneer in transatlantic journeys for generations, Cunard launched its inaugural Transatlantic Fashion Week in 2016. The unique crossing invites guests to enjoy seven days of fashion-focused events, including runway shows, talks, Q&A’s and exclusive unveilings.

Four years on and going from strength to strength, this annual event has delighted guests on board with a line up of established designers that have included Julien Macdonald OBE, Dame Zandra Rhodes DBE and is headlined this year by milliner to the royals, Stephen Jones OBE, in addition to up-and-coming talent from Graduate Fashion Foundation.
